Our service offering in relation to cladding related works includes cladding identification, management of investigation works, production of inspection reports, production of feasibility and option appraisal reports, full design & specification for cladding remediation solutions, advice on procurement options and approach, tender action, contract administration, cost control, management of quality control on site and the issuing of EWS1 forms upon completion.
We have direct experience of working with several cladding systems including EWI, HPL, ACM, aluminium, glass, stone and timber.

Our delivery team is made up of professional qualified staff that have significant experience and competency in the delivery of cladding remediation works. Through our delivery experience we have developed rigorous and forensic on-site quality control and hand over processes which enables us to supply detailed handover information and positive EWS1 forms on the completion of the projects we work on.
We also hold £10 million professional indemnity insurance with fire cover and cover to complete EWS1 forms.
