With a workforce of over 100 fully trained and skilled operatives, paired with a diverse fleet of vehicles from vans to pickups and crew cabs, we have everything in-house to cater for both small and large-scale construction contracts.
At SPV Special projects, we also invest heavily in the training and development of our apprentices as they are a highly regarded aspect of our business. Apprentices bring fresh ideas, embrace technology, and are the future of SPV Special projects.
The SPV head office is centrally situated in the West Midlands for access to anywhere in the UK and also has satellite offices in Glasgow, Cumbria, Weston super Mare, Hampshire and Swansea.
SPV has a broad range of clients in many commercial sectors, including Jones Lang Lasalle, Engie, The NHS and Notcutts to name a few. SPV Special Projects works closely with all clients to ensure that contracts are carried out within the agreed timescales, within budget and to the agreed specifications.
SPV holds accreditations with CHAS, Alcumus Safe Contractor, Construction Line, NFRC and Competent Roofer. In addition, we are living wage employers and the SPV management team are either a Fellows or Members of the Institute of Roofing.
SPV is also proud to be certified to the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001 standards.
