The MCRMA membership structure is the focal point for the industries independent inspectors who provide the roofing and cladding sector with a wealth of experience from the initial design stages through the construction phase and the operational phase of the life of a building.
The independent inspectors have a depth of knowledge based on many years within the industry and offer a service for new, repair and refurbishment phases plus surveys at the point of change of ownership or in the event of design and installation issues, failures or disputes. Several of the independent inspectors are expert witnesses and can get involved in providing evidence in protracted legal cases.
