Based in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire KR Cladding Systems operates nationally throughout the UK with a highly experienced team allowing operations to be carried out in a speedy and efficient manner, all whilst placing high value on customer satisfaction.

KR Cladding has an experienced project base in agricultural buildings, storage facilities, commercial buildings, industrial units, distilleries, and domestic and residential buildings. Offering expert advice, assistance, and a full design, supply, and installation package to suit any challenge.

With a wide product range of modern panelling solutions, KR Cladding can deal directly with design teams to coordinate complete envelope packages, that are both innovative, cost efficient and sustainable. All projects are fully detailed using the latest StruCAD and AutoCAD software.

With a broad range of clients including, Amazon, Baker Hughes, Baxters Food Group and Aberdeenshire Council, KR Cladding works closely with their clients to deliver a personal service on every contract. KR Cladding has also worked with a variety of contractors including CHAP Construction, MTM Construction and Accio Consult and Construct who contracted KR Cladding in 2020 to clad 4,700 square metres of the new Amazon Warehouses at Portlethen. A great challenge for the team completed to a high specification.

KR Cladding Systems has been involved in a variety of projects, one of the most notable being Aberdeenshire Council’s Saltoun Square building in Fraserburgh. Winner of a 2020 Scottish Design Award, the works involved the restoration and extension of the building by installing rainscreen cladding on the extension of the listed Town House as part of the Fraserburgh 2021 regeneration project.

KR Cladding Systems along with subsidiary companies, KR Steel Services Ltd and KR Services and Solutions Ltd (collectively forming KR Group (Scotland) Limited) are focused on delivering a high-quality product and service for all customers and this standard is supported by their ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

KR Cladding adhere to LEAN principles where possible and continuously develop and implement new sustainability processes and procedures in line with their ISO 14001:2015 accreditation, working in partnership with Zero Waste Scotland and the Circular Economy at Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce.  This includes bringing all excess materials back to their Newburgh base to sort out for reuse or distribution, as well as advocating for repair over replace and the use of second-hand materials when possible in projects.

The company is very active in the local community – some examples of the initiatives they have been involved in are:
